Dissolve the yeast in warm water with sugar and sprinkle a little flour. Leave to rise for 10 minutes. Put the sifted flour in a bowl, add salt to one side and make a hole in the middle, pour the yeast and oil, mix and knead an elastic dough that no longer sticks. Leave to rise for an hour.

Spread the dough in a pan greased with oil, grease with tomato paste and sprinkle with basil. Add the salami, olives, green onions, sliced ​​tomatoes and mozarrella.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
