  • 400 g cherries

  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 ml oil
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • grated peel of a lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 eggs

RECIPE PREPARATION Cherry cake:

Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. When the foam has hardened, add the sugar, vanilla, peel and lemon juice. Rub the yolks with the oil until incorporated and add over the egg whites. The flour is mixed with the baking powder and placed over the composition. Grease the pan with oil and add the composition over which we put the pitted cherries. Bake for 30 minutes. of which 20 min on high heat and 10 min on low heat.

The oven is preheated to 170 degrees Celsius.

Top: 12 yolks, 300 grams of sugar, 10 tablespoons oil, 10 tablespoons milk, 5-6 tablespoons cocoa, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 400 grams of flour.

Syrup: drain the juice from the cherries, boil with sugar and leave to cool, add a little rum essence, syrup the tops.

Cream 1: 600 ml milk, 250 grams of sugar, 2 packets of vanilla sugar, 2 vanilla puddings. Make pudding, leave to cool, mix with 400 grams of margarine.

Cream 2: 500 grams Megle pastry cream (cream), cream (cream) - 400 grams of 32% fat. Beat separately and mix together.

Well, as you can see, we cook a lot these days, but we never give up on something sweet.
And as I was browsing the internet the other day, I found this fasting cake, which looked super good. We put milk instead of water and replaced the nuts with sliced ​​almonds. It came out very good, with a moist consistency & # 8230although in the original recipe it didn't look the same :) Thanks to Edith for the recipe :)

Ingredient:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sliced ​​almonds
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 jar of 400g jam (we put cherries)
3 tablespoons cocoa tip
1 lgt baking powder
(for measurement I used a 250 ml cup)
For decoration:
200 ml liquid cream

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix at medium speed until the mixture is homogeneous.
2. Put the composition in a pan greased with oil and lined with flour and put in the oven (well heated) for about 40-45 min.
Allow to cool.

3. Beat the liquid cream well with the mixer, then place it on top of the cake. We also put some popcorn.


Cherry and whipped cream cake

I've been thinking for a while about this variant of cherry and cream cake. And I'm glad I managed to do it right from the start.

I did this when I did strawberry roll.

In taste it resembles the cake & # 8221 Pădurea Neagră & # 8221. It takes me a long time to that cake, even if the look isn't there yet. But the cake that sweetened some darker days at my office (while working in the office), was very close to what I did this weekend.

Creamy, syrupy and with a sensational aroma!


Cherry Cake - Recipes

Preparation time: 40 min.

Mix until you no longer feel the sugar, add the whipped cream, cooled gelatin and mix.
Place one part of the cream on one sheet, overlap the other sheet and grease with the rest of the cream. Decorate with cherries and sour cherries and mint.
If we do not have fresh cherries and sour cherries, we can use fruit from compote.
