Dessert apple pies

Mix the dry yeast in the warm milk.

Put flour, sugar, salt and fresh cheese in a bowl or bowl of the food processor.

Stir, add the vanilla and eggs gradually.

Gradually incorporate the milk with the yeast, kneading for 10 to 15 minutes until you get a smooth ball of dough. Cover with a clean towel and let rise for 2-3 hours.

Prepare the filling:

Peel the apples and put them on the large grater.

Cook the grated apples with butter, sugar and cinnamon for 10-15 minutes.

The composition should not be too liquid.

Allow to cool.

Knead the dough and divide it into 12 parts.

Flour the work surface and spread each part in a round, square or rectangular shape.

Place the cooled apples on top and sprinkle the walnut kernels on top.

Place them on a plate covered with a baking sheet and let them rise for at least 30 minutes.

Grease them with a beaten egg and put them in the preheated oven at 180 ° c for 20-25 minutes.

We powder them with a little sugar. They are delicious warm.
