Chicken liver stew with ribs

The livers are cleaned, washed well and drained.

Peel the onion and finely chop.

The ribs are cut into strips.

Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan and brown the ribs for a few minutes.

Add water, add vegetables and pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Fry the livers in a pan with the rest of the oil on all sides. Put the fried livers, with all the oil, over the ribs and onions, put the basil and let it boil for 10 minutes.

Put the chopped tomatoes, mix and season with salt and pepper.

Let it simmer or put it in the oven as I did.

Towards the end, put the sliced ​​garlic and the chopped dill.

When it has dropped and the oil has come to the surface, it is ready.

Serve hot with salad or pickles.

It also works with polenta!

    1. The livers are kept in cold water for a few hours. from time to time the water changes.
      1. Put the liver in a sieve of excess fluid.
        1. Slice the smoked chicken breast smaller.

            1. Heat the fresh lard and lightly sauté the onion and garlic.
