Put the chicken breast to boil in water with peppercorns and a bay leaf. After boiling, strain the soup and remove the meat from the bones.
Meanwhile, clean and cut the vegetables into cubes and fry in a little oil. Add the vegetables and rice over the strained soup. When all is cooked, add the meat, lemon juice and yolks mixed with sour cream. At the end, after turning off the heat, add the chopped parsley and dill.
