Potato salad it is prepared in a very short time, because apart from the potatoes, all the vegetables are used fresh. For four servings of potato salad you need:
1. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into quarters. Season them with salt and rosemary and place them in a pan in which you put water and a little oil. Put the tray in the oven and leave it until the potatoes are cooked.
2. Peel and wash the salad and spinach, then drain.
3. Cut the olives into rounds and the tomatoes into cubes.
4. Cut the salad and spinach into medium-sized strips and mix the greens with the olives.
5. After the potatoes have cooled, take them out in a bowl and add all the other ingredients. Sprinkle everything with a little oil and season with salt and basil.
If you want that potato salad to be more vividly colored or richer in spices, you can add sweet corn and boiled carrots, cut into cubes and garnish with slices of bell pepper.

We start the simple recipe: boil the potatoes in their skins. We wash them very well beforehand, with a wire brush. I recommend using new potatoes or small potatoes, which we wash well, boil them until the fork enters them and put them in the salad with the peel. They are so delicious! Method of preparation
We peel the potatoes and cut them into lengths & # 8211 4 or 6 slices, depending on the size of the potatoes. Place the slices in a bowl, pour the oil over and mix until each slice is covered with oil.

Spring salad with potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 2 cm cubes. Boil them in boiling salted water for approx. 15 minutes.
Mix the soup with the mustard, drain the potatoes well, mix them with the soup and let them cool.
Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely. Clean the gulia, wash it and put the leaves aside, cut it into cubes. Wash the chives, finely chop and mix with sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
Mix the potatoes with the radishes and gulia, let them penetrate. Chop the walnuts larger and fry them in a pan, without fat. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into thin strips. Before serving, add them to the salad and sprinkle the walnuts on top.

For the 4 servings of salad I used: 1 kg of boiled potatoes, 2-3 red onions, 1 sprig of leeks, 1-2 slices of colored peppers (red and yellow), 2-3 sprigs of green onions, a fresh cucumber, some cherry tomatoes, 2-3 pieces of smoked fish fillet (mackerel, herring, salmon), quick mayonnaise of 2 eggs (recipe here), Greek yogurt, dressing with mustard and lemon (without egg, fasting).

2. Combine the olive oil and melted butter in a small bowl and grease the baking tray with a small amount of this mixture.
3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices. They are placed vertically in the tray, and pieces of onion are placed between them.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then grease the potato slices with the butter and oil mixture.
5. Bake for about an hour and a half. Check from time to time and if the potato slices look too dry, grease them with oil from the bottom of the pan.
6. Meanwhile, cut the kaiser into small cubes and fry in a little oil. When ready, drain on a paper towel.
7. When the potatoes are ready, sprinkle the kaiser over them, then add the thyme. Put back in the oven for another 30 minutes.
Crispy potatoes are served hot. They are very tasty with cream. They can also be served as a garnish for a steak.
