Baked bananas with coconut flakes (Breakfast from Equatorial Guinea)

Bananas are cut transversely in 2, then longitudinally in two. Place in a bowl greased with butter and sprinkle with orange and lemon juice. Sprinkle with brown sugar and coconut flakes and place the dish in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, on the top shelf, where it will stay for 10 minutes.

Serve with pineapple or fresh exotic fruits.
