Plum jam

Wash the plums, remove the seeds and put them in a pan.

Add the sugar over them and leave them aside for 4-5 hours.

Put a plate on the eye of the stove, put the pan with the plums and boil stirring constantly so as not to get caught.

Boil for about 2-3 hours.

To see if it has boiled enough, put a spoonful of jam on a plate and let it cool.

After it has cooled, we tilt the plate slightly and if it doesn't flow, it means that it has boiled enough.

We put the plum jam in sterilized jars. We screw the lids then wrap the jars in a thick blanket.

We leave them until the next day and then store them in the pantry.
