Muffins with yogurt and chocolate

I came with dessert for this weekend, but I tell you I don't have it because I made them and sent them a package. But from what I understand they were very successful and those who served them were delighted;)

  • 4 eggs
  • 300 gr plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 quarters cup of sugar
  • 9 tablespoons flour with a fork
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 2 tablespoons candied orange peel
  • dark chocolate

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Yogurt and chocolate muffins:

Put the butter in a bowl and melt it either in the microwave or on a steam bath, then let it cool.

We separate them.

Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, until they double in volume.

Incorporate the yogurt, then add the melted butter.

Add baking powder, vanilla sugar and grated orange peel.

We put the flour in the rain, during which time we mix continuously.

Whisk the egg whites and lightly incorporate them into the yogurt composition, with a spoon.

We also put candied orange peel in the composition.

Put paper in the muffin tray (or grease them with a little butter if you don't have paper).

We fill them about 3 quarters with the dough obtained, and on top we put the pieces of chopped chocolate.

Put the tray in the hot oven and leave them until they are cooked (we do the toothpick test).

When they are ready, take them out, leave them to cool and serve.
