Roasted and skillful tarts and pies
- 1 puff pastry dough
- 1 kg of apples
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- powdered sugar
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert apple pie:
Let the puff pastry thaw. Grate the apples, mix them with the sugar and put them on the fire until the juice left by them evaporates. When they are ready, we add the cinnamon.
Cut the puff pastry into slices, place the apple in the middle of each slice and roll. We put in the tray, but with little space between them that they will grow a lot and we cut portions of the desired size.
Bake for 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
When they are ready, I powder them with powdered sugar.
You can choose any filling you want.
The puff pastry can be spread depending on how much you want the thick sheet of pie to come out.
