Nettle food

Clean the nettles and pass them through a stream of water several times.

They are boiled in salted water.

Separately in a saucepan cook the finely chopped onion over which add the drained nettles.

Keep on the fire until the composition thickens and add the cream.

Add salt, pepper to taste and garlic.

Serve with polenta and egg.
