I haven't made "Baked Cheese Potatoes" for a while and ..... I thought they would be good. My niece ate two servings!

  • 6 suitable potatoes
  • 300 g cow's cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 100 g cheese
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Baked cheese potato garnish:

All you have to do is be patient until the steak is ready.

To see if the steak is ready, after 5-6 hours stick a knife in it. If it enters easily and the meat does not resist, then it is ready. Remove the foil and set it on fire at 260 g Celsius. Every 10 minutes, add a little more of the juice from the pan over the meat. Repeat the operation until the meat acquires a brown crust.

Ingredients (for 12 servings):

  • 1 packet (approximately 900g) of frozen potato croquettes
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 year milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1si ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 130 g shaved cheddar cheese
  • 100 g parmesan race
  • 1 jar of tomato sauce
  • 230g sour cream

How is it prepared
