A recommended menu for dinner.
- 1kg new, small potatoes
- 1 link green onion
- 100g sliced black olives
- 100 ml of milk
- 50ml oil
- Parsley leaves

RECIPE PREPARATION New potatoes with milk:
The potatoes are washed and boiled for 15 '. Remove to strainer. Cut the onion into slices and chop the parsley leaves. In a roasting pan, put the potatoes, onions, olives, oil and mix well. Pour the milk on top and sprinkle the parsley leaves.
Put the tray in the hot oven for 30 ', after which the potatoes are served hot and sprinkled in abundance with cold yogurt, sana, kefir or whipped milk.
