Rub the butter well with the sugar until a cream results. Put eggs on it, mix. Add mineral water, vanilla, mix, and finally flour. The result is a dough that does not flow and can be spread by hand (sticky dough). From this dough I stopped a piece (the size of a country tennis ball! I couldn't find another comparison) over which I added another three tablespoons of flour and put it in the cold.
I placed the dough in a yenna bowl lined with flour. I put the peaches cut into pieces. I put 3 tablespoons of sugar over the peaches and sprinkled them with vanilla essence. I put crumble over the peaches - a more crumbly dough (dough given on a large grater)
I baked for about 30 minutes and it is nicely browned.
Powder with sugar ... enjoy!
