Cut the chicken breast in half. Remove the protruding parts, then cut each half of the chicken breast transversely, but not completely. Boil the vegetable mixture in salted water until soft.Season the meat with salt. Spread the melted cheese over the pieces of meat. you can bring it to your own kitchen.
I chose an extremely simple recipe, but as simple as it is to make, it is
tasty!

I cut the chicken breast into pieces neither too small nor too big (honestly, I oriented myself
according to the size of the piece of mozzarella I had). I put salt and pepper on them and
I browned both sides in vegetable oil. Don't fry them too hard because they will go to
oven. Drain the oil and place a slice of mozzarella on top of each. Then
wrap them in a thin slice of raw prosciutto.

In a baking tray, place the chopped tomatoes. I used a can of already chopped tomatoes, but if you have fresh and tasty tomatoes, use them with confidence. I also added some cherry tomatoes over the chopped ones. You can add a drop of extra virgin olive oil. I chose not to do it because I already had mozzarella and prosciutto in the composition and I wanted a food that was as light as possible.

Add sprigs of fresh thyme for flavor and place the pan in the oven at
180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Remove the pan, allow the food to cool slightly and serve while it is still hot and creamy mozzarella.

So simple! Try to make this recipe with your children too because children can too
cook!

Tips:
* If you want to use fresh tomatoes, you will have to peel them. The easiest is to them
scald for 1 minute in boiled water, then put them in a bowl with ice water. Thus, they will
cleans very easily.
* If you do not have an electric oven or with temperature gradations, 180 degrees means fire
medium for normal cooking, 160 degrees means low heat, recommended for slow cooking
food, 220 large fire, recommended for browning, and 240 is maximum fire.

Unfortunately, time is our enemy these days, we live a life against the clock and we feel that we do not cope many times. That's why we thought of helping housewives, women and even gentlemen in choosing food options that can be cooked in a maximum of 30 minutes. If you got home from work and you are very tired, by taking a shower your food can be ready and your loved ones will definitely be very satisfied.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 4 slices of plain ham or jamon / prociutto
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • thyme
  • broccoli
  • baby carrots
  • 100 grams of butter

Method of preparation:

Chicken breast fillets are beaten a little and seasoned with sorrel, pepper and thyme. Place the slice of ham or another chosen option on the chicken breast and roll. Place in a heat-resistant dish and sprinkle with a little olive oil, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle a little paprika. Before putting them in the oven, cut the pieces of butter and put them over the rolls. Put in the oven for a maximum of 20 minutes. As a garnish I chose to prepare steamed baby broccoli and carrots. They are a healthy and fast option, if they are approved by everyone.

I served the rolls with sweet and sour sauce but it goes great with hot pepper jam or even a cheese sauce.
