We put the butter, the broken chocolate pieces, the sugar and the cocoa in a bowl on a steam bath to melt. It doesn't have to boil.
Let the mixture cool a little, then add the orange essence and yolks one by one, mixing well after each one.
Then put the sifted flour with baking powder.
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then incorporate them into the rest of the composition, mixing lightly with a spatula.
Wallpaper a tray with baking paper and a little oil, then pour the composition.
Place the tray in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
After the countertop cooled, I melted the chocolate together with the milk on the steam bath.
Then we put half a teaspoon of chocolate over each cube of cake, then we place a square of chocolate on top of each square of blackberry.
Enjoy your meal!

100ml warm water
100ml warm milk
1 sachet of dry yeast Dr. Qetker
50g old cough
A pinch of salt
Shaved peel from an orange
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
For above Flemish:
50g margarine to put on top
100g cane sugar for sprinkling on top (I put raw sugar, normal sugar might work, if you don't have anything else).
Method of preparation:
I made the dough in the bread machine. It can be done very well by hand, mix all the ingredients, knead well and leave to rise for 1 hour.
In the bread machine I put the ingredients in the tub in the following order: warm water, warm milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, yeast, margarine, salt powder, grated orange peel and flour. I turned on the machine and left the dough to knead and leaven for 1 hour and a half.
After 1 hour and a half, the dough has risen a lot, it looks great, as in the picture below.
I lined a tray with baking paper, I turned the dough in it and I spread it evenly over the entire surface of the tray, if you want you can spread it with the rolling pin, on a floured surface and then place it in the tray, I but I preferred the first option.
After spreading it in the tray, I put food foil on top of the tray and left it to rise for another 1 hour.
After 1 hour has passed, remove the foil, make holes in the dough with your finger and in each hole we put a broken piece of the 50g of margarine (you can also use butter).
Sprinkle the 100g sugar (raw in my case) on top, distributing it evenly and evenly over the entire surface.
Put the tray in the oven and bake for 10-20 minutes, until nicely browned.
It is served simple, next to a glass of milk, even with jam, according to everyone's preferences and appetites. Flemish is delicious, and the orange peel gives it a divine aroma, as long as it is in the oven and when you take it out, a wonderful orange aroma spreads in the house.
Black with Coffee (Fasting)
To start, make coffee (coffee is made from 250 ml of water +4 tablespoons ground coffee + 2 tablespoons sugar) and leave to cool.
The sugar is mixed with the oil, after which the cooled coffee is gradually added. Mix these ingredients well, then add in turn: baking soda quenched in lemon juice, flour, jam, cocoa, cinnamon and coffee.
All these ingredients are mixed well, after which the composition is placed in a tray (my tray was 38x26cm) lined with baking paper.
Place the cake in the preheated oven, at the right heat, until it passes the toothpick test.
When it is ready, take it out of the oven, leave it to cool, dust it with powdered sugar, using a strainer and portion it into suitable pieces.

For the dough:
130g old cough
1 sachet of dry yeast Dr. Qetker
3 tablespoons oil
200ml warm milk
½ teaspoon salt
Shaved peel from an orange
30g melted butter to grease the dough sheet
For greased shells:
Raw sugar for sprinkling on top
Method of preparation:
I prepared the dough in the bread machine. I put the ingredients in the tub, in the following order: warm milk, yeast sachet, caster sugar, eggs, grated orange peel, oil, flour and salt. I left it to knead and leavened for a total of 1 hour 30 minutes.
If you don't have a bread machine (I wholeheartedly recommend you to buy one, it makes your work a lot easier, it kneads and leavens the dough very well, and it has other functions that help a lot) you can knead the dough by hand. Put the ingredients in a larger bowl in the following order, flour, yeast, caster sugar, milk, eggs, oil, grated lemon peel and salt, knead the dough for 20 minutes, then leave it to rise covered with a clean towel, in -a warm place.
Here is the dough that tasted very nice.
After leavening, we pour the dough from the tub on the work surface, which we powdered with flour. Spread the dough in a rectangular sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm.
Grease the dough sheet with butter, which we melt beforehand in the microwave (leave it to cool a bit after melting).
After we greased the dough sheet, we start to roll it for a long time.
After obtaining the roll, cut it into 12 equal rounds.
We take each round and start to form a string from it.
After we get the string from the dough, we start rolling it like a snail shell.
We line a tray with baking paper and put the shells in the tray (I put 6 pieces in a tray, so that they can grow and not stick to each other). Let them rise for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, grease the shells with the mixture of yolk and milk.
Sprinkle raw sugar on top and put them in the oven, on low heat and then medium, for 25-30 minutes, until they bake and turn golden.
After they are baked, take them out on a wire rack or chopper and cover them with a towel to keep them soft. Serve both hot and cold, next to a cup of coffee or a glass of milk or plain. They remain very good the next day.

Vegan blackberry recipe with chocolate, nuts and orange tea
- Ingredients for the vegan blackberry recipe with chocolate, nuts and orange tea
230 grams of white wheat flour
100 grams of sugar
100 grams of ground walnuts
200 ml of hot water
an envelope of orange tea (I used from Just T)
50 ml of sunflower oil
100 grams of cherry jam
50 grams of dark chocolate with at least 55% cocoa
grated peel from an orange
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
a pinch of salt
a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
50 grams of chocolate with 55% cocoa
a tablespoon of water
a tablespoon of coconut oil
coarsely chopped walnuts
- Preparation for the vegan blackberry recipe with chocolate, nuts and orange tea
- We turn on the oven setting the temperature to 180 degrees and we prepare a silicone tray, in a round guguluf shape. Usually the silicone trays are not greased with oil but this time I would recommend you to do it because it will clean better in the end. Grease the walls of the tray with a little oil and cover with about a teaspoon of cocoa, shaking off the excess.
- We prepare the tea as follows: pour, in a cup, 200 ml of boiling water over a sachet of herbal tea with oranges (or other tea if you want). Let it infuse for three minutes, then take out the tea bag and set it aside and put the tea in a larger bowl.
- We break the chocolate into pieces and put it over the tea to melt. Do not stir for five minutes to allow it to melt evenly. Then mix and let it cool gradually, during which time we prepare the dough for the blackberry.
- Mix in a bowl, flour with baking powder, salt, baking soda, grated orange peel and walnuts.
- In another bowl put the melted chocolate tea, add the oil, jam, sugar and mix well to blend.
- Over the liquid ingredients we gradually put the solid ones and mix without insisting too much.
- Finally, add the teaspoon of vinegar, mix and pour the composition into a pre-prepared tray.
- Put the tray in the oven heated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, do the test with the toothpick and if it is clean we can take our cake out of the oven.
- We leave it to cool in the tray and when it is almost cold (enough to get our hands on the tray) we can take it out and transfer it to a rack for complete cooling.
- Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate for garnish, as follows: melt the 50 grams on a steam bath together with a tablespoon of water, add the coconut oil. Homogenize and pour over vegan black with chocolate, taking care of a plate to collect the chocolate that will drain from its walls.
- Cut into slices and serve with a coffee, a cocoa milk or better an orange tea)

Blackberry with nuts and oranges & # 8211, fragrant, moist and fluffy at the same time.
I do what I do and come back to a chocolate recipe to recharge my batteries, and the negerses know my story & # 8230 I like it! I can't resist them. And why would I do it?
Blackberry with nuts and orange flavor it will make your day more beautiful, so don't hesitate to try it because it also has the advantage of being very easy to prepare.
I prepared the recipe many times for friends and they all left with a piece of blackberry with nuts and oranges in the package. There was nothing left on the set even if I had only 2-3 people visiting.
I remade the recipe for black with walnuts and oranges at some live cooking activations in the store.
Blackberry recipe prepared by me, it was so popular with those who passed by my stand that it was queuing like in communist times when milk or meat was put in stores. Well, my black with walnuts and oranges it was especially appreciated. Of all the desserts I prepared, my recipes were the ones that were liked by the hundreds of people who ate them. For about 5 large baking trays that have been cut into small cubes of 2 * 3 cm or 3 * 3 cm.
Everyone said it is the best black woman which they have ever eaten! Do you know how much this meant to me?
I completely forgot about the fatigue and the cold in the cooking area. I think the holidays are approaching and you will want to have as many as possible chocolate cake recipes. With the recipe below you will be safe. You will have a dessert to your family's taste, for which you will not waste much time preparing. It doesn't need any spectacular scenery.
To get a perfect recipe use quality ingredients: butter at least 80% fat, quality dark chocolate, 24% fat fat cream. If you can't find the orange essence (it disappears during the holidays from the shelves, add orange liqueur).
More black / brownie recipes prepared by me can be found in this link. You can find the holiday cake recipes here.
If you want to see how to make blackberry with nuts and oranges I invite you to write down the list of ingredients and to follow the preparation for rblack eteta.
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 sachet of vanilla bourbon sugar
1 teaspoon orange peel
1 teaspoon orange free
50 g walnut kernel (fried 4-5 min. At 200 ° C)
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Sift the flour and mix it with cocoa, cinnamon, salt and baking powder. Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain marie and let it cool a bit.
During this time we mix eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until they look like a cream and have doubled in volume. Add the melted chocolate and mix quickly, then add the cocoa flour.
Put in the dough sour cream, grated orange peel, orange essence, mix well, then pour into the tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the walnuts and put the tray in the oven. Next time I will push the nuts inside the blackberry, but it was not bad with them on the surface either.
Bake the blackberry for about 30 minutes, then take it out and let it cool on a grill. When it has cooled we can cut it and eat it.
Blackberry with Coffee Aroma
In a saucepan, mix the milk with the sugar, cocoa powder and instant coffee. Put on the fire and let it boil. Let the composition simmer for 2-3 minutes, until it starts to thicken like a thinner cream. Set aside and continue to stir until warm.
Separately rub the diced butter with a pinch of salt. Add the butter in the cocoa cream spoon by spoon, until everything is incorporated. Then add the yolks, rum, then sifted flour together with baking powder. At the end we incorporate the beaten egg whites together with the vanilla sugar, I put bourbon.
We line a round tray with oil and flour. Pour the composition and then put it in the preheated oven, about 45 minutes, or until it passes the toothpick test. Let it cool and then we can slice the cake.
