But when I saw on Mihaela's blog tiramisu cupcakes I put them on the list and today it's their turn to make them :). I was also inspired by the Black Forest cupcakes. I made the cupcakes according to my own recipe, I will also post the recipe, but now my net is working very badly and I don't have patience. I barely managed to post the pictures.
- -3 eggs (I laid 4 because they were very small)
- -8 tablespoons sugar
- -6 tablespoons oil
- -100 ml milk
- -1 baking powder
- -10 tablespoons flour
- -1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- -250 ml liquid cream
- -2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- -250 g mascarpone (Exquisa I use)
- -1 vial free of rum
- -200 ml espresso
- -1 teaspoon old

We separate the eggs and beat the egg whites hard. Beat the yolks with sugar, vanilla, oil, milk then add flour mixed with baking powder and finally incorporate the egg whites mixing with a spoon from top to bottom. Mix eggs, egg yolks and half the amount of sugar separately. Put in a water bath until the sugar melts, then remove from the heat and beat with a mixer until you get a cream.
Rub the butter with the rest of the sugar.
Add over egg cream.
Add the flour and milk mixture.
The obtained composition is distributed in the cups of the tray greased with butter. The cups are filled 3/4 full.
Bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
Prepare the syrup by mixing the coffee with the liqueur and sugar on the fire, until it melts. Leave to cool.
For the icing, mix the mascarpone with the powdered sugar until smooth, then add the whipped cream and mix until the whole cream is incorporated.
After the cakes have cooled, they are syruped and glazed with mascarpone cream, then decorated according to everyone's imagination.

Translated into Romanian, the Italian word & # 8222tiramisu & # 8221 means & # 8222ridica-ma & # 8221, because it had the role of giving energy to those who tasted it.
This cake is said to have been invented to use cold coffee and hard biscuits left in restaurants, adding a cream based on mascarpone, yolks and sugar. However, there are other legends about this much-loved dessert. And the origin is slightly controversial. Both Veneto and Siena claim that Tiramisu was invented in their region. Regardless of regions and legends, Tiramisu remains one of the most beloved and famous desserts in the world. In the original version it was made from biscuits, coffee, mascarpone, sugar, yolks and cocoa.

225 g unsalted butter
160 ml of milk
6 sachets of chamomile tea

Melt the butter and let it cool.
We mix the eggs with the sugar until they double in volume.
Incorporate the melted butter gradually, then the milk.
Add rum essence, grated orange peel.
At the end we put flour, baking powder and mix until well incorporated.
In silicone muffin tins we put the composition, but not to exceed more than 3/4 the shapes.
We place them on a tray and put them in the hot oven, at a temperature of 170-180 degrees, for 25 minutes.
When they are ready, take them out of the oven and let them cool.
In a bowl put liquid cream and sour cream, cold, powdered sugar, vanilla and mix until foamy, but not very firm.
Mix the mascarpone in another bowl, add it over the whipped cream and mix a little more until they are all incorporated.
We syrup the muffins with coffee, but not very hard and let them sit for about 15 minutes, so that the coffee penetrates them.
In a pos put cream, stir the muffins.
We powder them with cocoa, let them cool for at least an hour, then serve.
I had 13 muffins.
