Cake with chocolate cream and whipped cream

Beat the egg whites with 6 tablespoons of sugar. Mix the yolks with 3 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespoons of oil and pour over the beaten egg whites. Mix the flour with 3 tablespoons of cocoa and 1/2 sachet of baking powder and 1 pinch of salt. Add in the rain over the egg whites and yolks that have been whipped. Cover a tray with baking paper and pour the composition into the tray. Put it in the oven heated to 150 degrees and leave it for about 25-30 minutes (you can do the test with a toothpick).

After 25-30 minutes, remove the top from the oven and let it cool a bit, then cut it in half.

CREAM: in a bowl put 250 ml of cold milk from the refrigerator, 3 tablespoons of sugar and the envelope of chocolate cream. Beat with the mixer for 3-4 minutes until the cream thickens. In a bowl put half of the chocolate cream and mix it with 50 g of ground walnuts.

Take a small saucepan and put it on the fire, add 4 tablespoons of sugar and let it caramelize, add 100 ml of water and a few drops of rum essence. Let the syrup cool.

We take a sheet and syrup it and then grease it with chocolate cream, on top we put the other sheet we syrup it and we put chocolate cream with walnuts.

After we put the chocolate cream, we decorate the cake with whipped cream and scrape the chocolate on top. We put it in the fridge to keep it cold.
