I sifted the flour in a bowl and added salt, baking soda and olive oil. Then I kneaded by adding warm water little by little.

Shaorma can be a healthy food if we prepare it at home. This way we can have absolute control over the ingredients we use.

To get a vegetarian dish, you can give up meat, or you can use fish. If you want a dietary shaorma or suitable for the little ones, replace mayonnaise with a yogurt sauce, made from yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and spices, or with a homemade tomato / ketchup sauce.

And the glues can be prepared at home, from wholemeal flour, or from oat. The combination of vegetables used in this recipe can inspire you to create your own glue filling. You can use cabbage (white or red) instead of pickles, corn kernels, green cucumbers, finely chopped spinach or lettuce, hardened mushrooms, etc.

• 1 carrot
• 2 potatoes
• 100 g of olives
• 50 g of peas
• 2-3 slices of cheese
• 1 donut in vinegar
• 1 pickled cucumber
• yogurt sauce
• 4 sticks

Wash the potatoes well, and boil them in their skins. When the fork penetrates easily through them, drain the water and let it cool a little. It is cleaned while they are warm, because the peel comes off more easily.

Peel a squash, grate it and boil it in a saucepan with water. After 10 minutes of boiling water, add the peas. Let them boil until they soften well.

Cut the cucumbers into cubes, the donut and the olives into thin slices.

Boil the potatoes and carrots, as well as the cheese. You can use any kind of cheese you like, including cheese or tofu.

Mix the chopped vegetables in a bowl with the peas and cheese. Add a little salt and other favorite spices. This will be the composition with which you will fill the glues.
