RECIPE PREPARATION Bread with cheese and olives:

I put the flour in a bowl, I added the yeast, fructose, salt and 3 tablespoons of olive oil, then gradually I put the warm water stirring constantly. I got a pretty soft and sticky crust that I left in a warm place for about 30 minutes. I added the shredded cheese with a fork and finely chopped olives and kneaded again. I placed this crust in a ceramic tray greased with a little oil. I spread the crust in the pan and sprinkled a little olive oil and chopped basil on top. I baked at 180 degrees Celsius until browned.

& # 8211 Baking slices of bread

The baguette is cut into slices, which are greased on both sides with olive oil, then put in the oven (180 degrees Celsius for 5-7 minutes on each side).

The baked slices of bread are placed on a plate and then with a teaspoon you put on each slice of bread a part of the goat cheese cream mixture, and on top put the olive slices with oregano.

Taste the cream cheese and olives, given that both the cars and the goat cheese are quite salty, you may not need to add salt to the bruschettas, if you still prefer the salty taste then add a little salt to the cream cheese.

Start with the dough first, because it will have to be left to rise. First put the sugar over the yeast and rub well until the mixture becomes liquid. Dilute with a little warm water and pour it into the bowl with white flour mixed with wholemeal. Let it rest for 10 minutes, then add the oil and salt.

Put the rest of the warm water and the beaten milk, little by little and knead the dough until it sticks to your hands and is elastic. If necessary, you can sprinkle a little flour on top. Let the dough rise, cover with a towel and put it in a warm place.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling: put the telemeau and the cheese on the small grater. Add the slices of olives and finely chopped green onions. Add a little pepper, dried oregano and beaten egg, then mix the composition well. When the dough has risen, turn it over on the table sprinkled with flour and divide it in half. Spread two rectangular sheets about 1 cm thick and place the cheese composition on top. Then roll the two sheets lengthwise and twist them together.

Put the bread in a cake pan, lined with baking paper, cover it again with a towel and let it rise for half an hour. Finally, grease the bread with beaten egg and sprinkle the seed mixture on top. Put a bowl of water in the oven and set it at 200 degrees. The steam formed in the oven will make the bread crust crispy! When it has reached the desired temperature, put the bread in the oven and leave it for 25-30 minutes, until it turns golden.

Then take it out on a wire rack and let it cool completely before cutting it into slices.

Homemade bread with garlic and cheese

In a large bowl, mix the water, honey and yeast and leave for 5 minutes to activate. Add the salt and flour gradually and knead well, then let the crust rest for 5 minutes.

Grease the bowl and dough ball, cover with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel and leave to rise for about an hour, or until it doubles in volume.

Cut the dough raised into two equal parts and form two loaves the length of the tray in which you will bake them. Leave to rise for about 30 minutes, covering the shell.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the dough close to the heat source. Remove the foil and bake the bread for about 20 minutes.

Cut the cheese into thin slices and melt the butter with the garlic. Remove the bread sticks from the oven and grease with the flavored butter. Bake for another 5-7 minutes, until golden. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes, then cut the pockets diagonally and fill with cheese and grease with garlic butter. Bake the homemade bread with garlic and cheese for about 3-5 minutes and serve immediately.

Olive bread in the bread machine

I promised to write from time to time the recipes I tried using the Panasonic bread machine that I received for testing in the summer.

So far I have shown you two recipes: one for white bread, simple & # 8211 see here and another for cake with shit, fully prepared in the car & # 8211 see here. In fact, it's not really a cake like ours, traditional because it's made with a "pan brioche" dough.

I also tested different combinations of bread, ie not only white flour bread but also with mixtures. I admit that I also had a failure trying to make a gluten-free bread but from a mixture made by me. It didn't work out for me. So for this kind of bread I will have to test the recipe with a special flour for something like that, not combinations made by me from different types of flour.

Going back to today's bread recipe, I have to tell you that there is practically no big difference between this and the white bread. To the ingredients are added finely chopped olives and put in a special drawer of the machine and as a program, this time we will use another, not 1 or 2 as in the case of a simple bread.

Keep in mind, therefore, that regardless of the combination of flours you use, you can make bread with extra ingredients, ie with the addition of olives, seeds of different types, nuts, herbs or even chocolate, cheese, salami or bacon, using, to the Panasonic bread machine (like this one here) program number 3 or 4.

Strictly referring to the combination with olives, the program number 4 "Rustic Artisan" is used, a program that lasts 4 hours.

Let's see what ingredients you need to make a size XL bread with crust

Combine the two types of flour, dry yeast and sprinkle with sea salt. After that, add warm water and olive oil. Mix the composition continuously, until smooth, then, towards the end, add the chopped olives, rosemary and lemon peel. Knead the dough obtained until you feel that it no longer sticks to your hands or the walls of the bowl. During the process, if you are not satisfied with the coca, you can add more water or flour. Cover the container with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for two hours. You can leave it even less, it is important to double its size.

After the dough has risen as you wish, give it the desired shape and place it in a tray that you have previously greased with oil and lined with flour or in which you placed baking paper. Using a knife, make a few cuts on the surface of the bread. Cover the tray with a towel, then leave the olive bread to rise a little.

Meanwhile, heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. When the bread looks the way you want it, put the tray in the oven and keep it at the temperature set above for 15 minutes, then reduce it to 175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes, until it becomes slightly golden.

Take the tray out of the oven and leave it to cool, then take the bread with olives out of it, slice it and arrange it on a plate. To keep it fresh for a long time, wrap it in a clean towel and store it in a bag. For a harmonious meal, serve the cheese dish, vegetable platter and spicy sauce.

Bread with olives and rosemary it promises you a unique culinary experience. All you have to do is close your eyes and think that you are walking the streets of Greek cities.

Snails with goat cheese and olives

Always on the road, service, nursery & # 8230 & # 8230; we need food that can be eaten easily, without being heated, without getting dirty (in some cases, I don't say who & # 8230). Pizza is always a handy option, easy to prepare, tasty and in various combinations.

The idea for these snails came to me after I prepared the snails with vanilla and raisins. They look good, don't go wrong with them, simple and pleasant ingredients: cheese, tomatoes, olives.

countertop (The recipe is the same as for milk bread, but I replaced the butter / margarine with olive oil:

  • 550 gr flour type 650
  • 7 gr BIO dry yeast
  • 300 ml whole milk (vegetable for babies with aplv)
  • 55 ml olive oil
  • 350 gr goat cheese
  • 150 gr salted green olives
  • 6-8 cherry tomatoes
  • 50 gr hydrated sunflower seeds (ground in the case of small children)

How I proceeded:

  • I mixed the warm milk with the oil and let the yeast activate for a few minutes - it starts to make small "bubbles" on the surface
  • after activation, I added flour and kneaded until I obtained a homogeneous and non-sticky dough that I covered with a towel and left to rise until it doubles in volume.
  • after leavening, I spread the dough into a rectangle (40 & # 21530 cm), I spread the cheese on top, sliced olives, chopped tomatoes and seeds
  • I rolled the dough out of me and sealed it by greasing the end with a little water
  • with a sharp knife, I sliced the roll into 2-3 cm slices, placed them in the tray and left them to rise again 20-30 & # 8242
  • I baked the snails in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 & # 8242, until they turn golden

You can replace the cheese with another cheese and use dried tomatoes instead of olives.
