RECIPE PREPARATION Plum compote:
Peel a squash, grate it and wash it. Meanwhile, boil the water with the sugar and spices. Put the plums in the boiling syrup, leave for approx. 10 minutes, then remove in a strainer. Put the plums in the sterilized jars beforehand, strain the syrup over them. Close tightly with a lid and leave to warm until the next day. It is stored in the pantry.
