Cake with yogurt and raisins

As today I gathered the 'leftovers' from the fridge, I had some yogurts that were approaching the expiration date, being over 3 days, and I knew that it would not be consumed, I dropped a cake that was immediately devoured!

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 dogs flour
  • 250 g sugar
  • a sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon and orange zest
  • 1 vanilla essence
  • a cup of raisins
  • powdered sugar for decoration

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cake with yogurt and raisins:

In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until it melted, I added the yogurt and continued to mix until the yogurt was incorporated into the composition, I start to add the essence, the orange zest and gradually the oil.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually add it to the composition and mix well, then mix the raisins with a wooden spoon and let it rest for 5 minutes.

In the tray I covered the bottom of the tray with baking paper and greased the edges with oil.

I added the composition and put it in the oven on the right heat until it browned.

I did the toothpick test and left it to cool.

After it cooled I powdered it with powdered sugar!
