Potato stew with chicken

The washed meat is cut into cubes and put to fry in a little oil.

Add the onion, carrot and diced potatoes, heat them a little, quench with a cup of water, put the whole peppers to leave their taste (remove them before serving) and let them boil.

Put tomato paste (1 tablespoon), dried thyme, season with salt and pepper, then wait until all the vegetables are cooked.

Add finely chopped fresh greens.

Serve with pickles!

Why not heat the chicken legs together with the onion and the rest of the vegetables? This way the sauce is tastier, and I don't put broth, instead I put chopped parsley leaves and 2-3 cloves of garlic. It's delicious!
