"Accordion" potatoes


Peel the potatoes, put them in a spoon and cut them into slices (but not completely, until we reach the spoon) with a space between them of about 0.5 cm. The bacon slices are cut into pieces, and I cut the mozzarella into thin slices with the vegetable peeler.

I filled the spaces between the potato slices with mozzarella and bacon, I powdered with salt and spices to taste, I put a little duck fat over the stuffed potatoes, I put the potatoes in the tray in a foil of baked paper, I gathered the edges of the foil and I caught it.

I put the tray in the hot oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, I broke the baking paper on the surface and I put the tray in the oven for another 5-10 minutes, until they became slightly brown on the surface.

I served it warm, with pickles. Good appetite!!
