Root salad, chicken breast and mayonnaise

We clean the roots and wash them and then boil them.

Cum să faci lapte de caju sau migdale? Dar suc de patrunjel?

A trecut ceva timp de când nu i-am mai scris lui Moș Crăciun. Anul acesta am făcut-o, însă, iar promptitudinea Moșului mă face să regret că în anii ce au trecut am crezut că – eronat, desigur – că el ar fi devenit dintr-o dată mai puțin receptiv față de dorințele mele. Ce să vă zic? Mi-am dorit un storcător Philips HR1895 Avance Collection, așa numitul ”storcator prin presare la rece” și chiar pe el l-am primit, încă și cu niște zile bune înaintea Crăciunului, un timp cum nu se poate mai potrivit ca să mă bucur de toate binefacerile pe care un asemenea aparat le poate oferi.

Măi, am de gând să profit de storcătorul ăsta în toate modurile imaginabile și mi-am propus să beau zilnic suc de pătrunjel până când pielea mea pur și simplu va radia! Estimez ca până la Revelion să încap fără probleme într-o frumoasă rochie pe care n-am mai îmbrăcat-o… nici nu spun de când și, pe deasupra, să mă simt fericită și plină de energie grație tuturor vitaminelor și mineralelor pe care le voi consuma!

Am avut o singură temere înainte să vină (să mi-l livreze Moșu’, adică), aceea că nu o să îi găsesc un loc în bucătăria mea deja sufocată de electrocasnice. Asta până când l-am scos din cutie și am văzut că e atât de mic și de compact, nu e mai lat de 11 centrimetri, deci nu a fost o problemă să-l înghesui într-un colțișor. Să vă mai spun și cât de ușor se curăță? Joacă de copii!
