After they are ready, remove them and leave them on absorbent paper to remove the excess oil, after which the rolls will be cut in half. Drain the potatoes, peel and cut the slices, salt and pepper, decorate with julienned red onions and pomegranate seeds, pepper the whole preparation.

Baked fish with avocado, feta cheese and basil

& # 8211 600 g fillets of white fish (pangasius / cod), 150 g feta cheese, 100 g sour cream, 1 small avocado, 150 g cherry tomatoes, basil, spices for fish, white pepper, oil

Grease the pan with a little oil. Sprinkle the fish with spices, pepper and place in the pan. Peel an avocado, cut it into cubes and sprinkle over the fish.

On top we put the tomatoes, if they are bigger cut ½ and the cheese cut into cubes. Pour the cream over the entire surface and sprinkle with basil.

Put in the oven, over medium heat, approx. 15-20 min. Serve immediately.

Tuna burgers with garlic

Another option is to prepare Atlantic Blue Fin tuna burgers.

Necessary ingredients

  • 300 grams of Atlantic tuna fillets
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Breadcrumbs (required quantity)
  • The juice obtained from half a lemon
  • Ginger (optional)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Method of preparation

  1. Clean the tone well if you haven't bought it already cleaned. Make sure it's well deboned.
  2. Cut the tuna fillet into small cubes. The smaller the cubes, the better. Add salt and pepper to taste and set aside the fish.
  3. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the garlic. The easiest way to do this is to put it inside a jar to shake. The peel will peel off quickly! Then chop the garlic finely.
  4. Mix the tuna with the chopped garlic.
  5. Add eggs, ginger and lemon juice. Stir well.
  6. Add the breadcrumbs slowly until you get a firm but malleable dough.
  7. Let the dough sit in the fridge for at least 40 minutes. In this way, the flavors will penetrate the fish meat.
  8. Take the dough out of the fridge and prepare the burgers as I explained in the previous recipe.
  9. Grill tuna burgers, then serve them with salad or home-made buns with seeds.

  • ingredients: a cup of rice, three cups of milk, two sachets of vanilla sugar, a tablespoon of breadcrumbs, 50 g sugar, grated peel of a lemon, three eggs, three apples, salt, a cube of butter.

For example, our supermarkets are full of pangasius fillets, a very cheap Asian fish.

Less well known, however, is the fact that pangasius is originally an ocean fish, genetically engineered to live on farms on the Mekong River in Vietnam, considered the most polluted in the world (due to the numerous factories nearby, whose waste frequently reach the water).

The poison that sells tabs

Pangasius fillet contains impressive amounts of arsenic, mercury, pesticides, growth hormones.

Those who have tested this fish in the laboratory and advise us to avoid eating it, warn & # 8211 pangasius fish contains:

  • industrial discharges
  • arsenic
  • toxic derivatives of the growing industrial sector
  • polychlorinated bisphenols (PCBs)

In reality, pangasius is a find of Chinese researchers, more precisely, a cross between several species of fish, which has an extremely high tolerance to toxins present in the water in question (to clean the water).

That said, the fish do nothing but feed their whole lives on toxins, bacteria and microorganisms, as well as on the remains of dead fish, dried and ground into a powder, which makes them grow four times faster than in nature, and their flesh becomes more "fluffy."

Scientists are sounding the alarm

Numerous scientists from Germany, France and the United States, who have been following the phenomenon, want to sound the alarm about this fish, considered by many to be the "salvation of world fish farming".

There are rumors that the demand for pangasius has become so high that it has been injected with hormones from dehydrated urine.

How do these fish come into the world? To increase productivity, pangasius females are given hormones to lay their eggs more often. It is shocking that these hormones are taken from men, more precisely, from pregnant women! Those who have studied the phenomenon say that the hormone is extracted from the urine of these women, which is dried, then diluted in certain proportions with distilled water and administered to pangasius females.

Authorities neither deny nor confirm these allegations against unhealthy fish.

It is up to the consumers to decide what to put in the shopping cart next time they go to the supermarket.
