First prepare the dough:
Mix the yolks with the sugar and butter (at room temperature). until it is homogeneous. Add the flour mixed with baking powder. Knead until you get a compact dough. Put it in a foil and leave it in the fridge for an hour.
We prepare cream:
Mix the yolks with the starch. Add a little milk to obtain a liquid composition.
Add the rest of the milk together with the vanilla and the sugar to the boil. take the pudding from the heat and cool.
Take the dough out of the fridge. Divide into 2 parts. One of them should be a little bigger.
If the dough sticks, knead more with a little flour, on the top sprinkled with flour.
Spread the dough in a round shape. Sprinkle on top with a little flour (so as not to stick to the rolling pin) Roll the dough on the rolling pin and place it carefully in the tray leaving the edges above.
Pour the completely cooled cream into the dough.
Spread the remaining dough as before, place lightly over the cream, press the edges of the bottom dough. Gently prick with a fork from place to place.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
