We put the meat in a bowl.
We clean the carrots, wash them and grate them.
We clean and grind the garlic.
We soak the bread in water.
Finely chop the parsley.
Over the minced meat add the carrots, drained and crushed bread, eggs, parsley, garlic and spices and mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.
We make balls and place them on the work surface greased with a little oil. Put the pan in which we will fry hot and fry the meatballs until nicely browned. We take them out on a napkin to drain the excess oil.
