Check butterflies

Check butterflies

I beat the egg whites hard with a pinch of salt, when the mixture became hard I started to add the sugar little by little.

After the sugar was well homogenized, I added the yolks one by one, mixing continuously. When the yolks mixed well, I added the 6 tablespoons of powdered milk, then the flour in the rain.

I greased the tray with oil and covered it with flour and I put half of the composition, I mixed the other composition with cocoa then I added it over the white composition, I put it in the oven for about 40-45 min.

Good appetite!!!

Here that summer has passed and autumn has come and with it a new school year. Today, the gates of kindergartens and schools everywhere have opened, receiving thousands of children with open arms.
With the start of kindergarten or school, all mothers become more attentive to the child's diet, trying as much as possible to offer healthier alternatives.
You have probably heard of the site
http://www.qbebe.ro/ , a site where you can find an impressive baggage of information about raising a child, about the family and many other aspects related to the child's evolution.
Some time ago I had the honor of being invited to participate in the project "Recipes for healthy children" so I follow this invitation with a menu for children.

Tart with eggs, tomatoes and cheese

What could you want more than to give your child eggs, cheese, tomatoes for breakfast? Combine them in a delicious tart, and especially healthy, being prepared in the oven, to diversify breakfast and get out of the daily routine.
ingredients

200 gr telemea

Beat the eggs. Add the grated telemeau
Put the tomatoes on the grater, add them over the eggs and mix gently to blend. Grease a pan with butter and pour the composition.
Put in the oven, on the right heat until it comes off easily from the edges of the tray.
Let cool then portion.

Lunch
Type 1: Chicken soup with dumplings

What could be more suitable for lunch than a hot chicken soup with semolina dumplings? Your baby will definitely be delighted!

1 kg chicken meat
2 onions
2 carrots
1 parsnip
1 patrol
2 eggs
1 gray glass
1 leg leustean

Put the meat to boil until it foams, add the foam and add the cleaned and chopped roots and onions. Add salt and pepper and simmer.
When they are cooked, remove the onion, celery and parsley, leave only the meat and carrot in the pot.
Make dumplings: Whisk the egg whites.
Add the semolina and after it is left to swell a little, add the yolks and mix.
Take the teaspoon of the composition and put it in the pot when it boils. Let it boil for 1-2 more boils until the dumplings are cooked, then turn off the heat and add the finely chopped larch.

Type 2: Chicken meatballs in bechamel sauce

A dish that I highly recommend, was a real success for my little girl!

1/2 kg chicken breast
1/2 l of milk
2 tablespoons rice
1 or
50 gr butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 onion
1 link parsley
2-3 was dafin

nutmeg

Chop the chicken breast and mix with the rice previously soaked in a little water, egg, 1/2 of the finely chopped parsley and salt and nutmeg. Mix the ingredients well until the composition is homogeneous.
With a wet hand, we constantly take weights from the composition and shape the meatballs.
We put on the fire a pot of water in which we add a little salt. When the water boils, add the meatballs and let them boil.
Heat the milk in a saucepan and add an onion and a few bay leaves. Bring the milk to the boil, without boiling, but remove the onion and bay leaves and set aside.
In another pan, melt the butter, then add the flour and mix continuously until incorporated, being careful not to burn.
Set aside and add the milk little by little, stirring constantly with a whisk or a wooden spoon. after the composition has become homogeneous, without lumps, put it on the stove, over low heat and boil until it reaches the consistency of a sauce.
Season with salt and pepper, add the meatballs and bring to a boil.
Serve with finely chopped green parsley. Snack

Dessert with yogurt and peaches

After a good night's sleep, you can give your child a delicious dessert. A dessert can be delicious and healthy at the same time, and for that I recommend the dessert with yogurt and peaches: biscuits, fruit yogurt, peach compote, all combined in an irresistible cake!

2 peach yogurts (800 ml)
1 peach compote (400 ml)
250 gr sweet cream for whipped cream
1 packet of biscuits
10 gr gelatin

Mix the sweet cream for the whipped cream until it becomes firm.
Add the yogurts and continue beating. Then add two or three peaches from the compote, cut into cubes. Dissolve the gelatin in a few tablespoons of compote and put it on the fire for a few seconds until it melts. Be careful not to bring it to the boil because it loses its properties. It is incorporated in the composition.
Place the slices of peaches on the bottom of some containers. I used disposable containers to make sure I could take out the cake without it deteriorating.
Pour the composition over the peaches then place it on top of the biscuits soaked a little in the compote juice.
Refrigerate for at least two to three hours, then turn over carefully, so as not to break, on a plate and cut into slices.

Puree mousse with chicken

Try to give the baby dinner for a maximum of 2 hours before bedtime, so that he has time to digest it. In order for him to rest well, offer him something easy, but at the same time full.

1 chicken breast
1 kg of potatoes
2-3 tablespoons butter
1 glass of milk
1 red bell pepper
200 gr cheese
1 onion

Prepare the mashed potatoes, butter and milk.
Finely chop the onion, chop the pepper into cubes. Grate the cheese and add the chicken breast to the mincer (or food processor).
Saute the onion in a tablespoon of butter just enough to soften it a little and add the chicken breast, peppers and half the amount of cheese. Mix until the composition is homogeneous.
In a tray lined with baking paper, place half of the puree and level evenly over the entire surface.
Put the meat filling on top.
On top add the rest of the puree, sprinkle slices of bell pepper (I preferred red for the look, but you can put whatever you want), then sprinkle the rest of the cheese.
Put in the oven on the right heat for about an hour, then let it cool a bit so that it can be cut nicely.

Raspberry and yogurt cake -White butterflies in raspberries-

I asked my friends how to baptize this yogurt and raspberry cakerecipe, again, invented, inspired by the most beautiful day so far this spring, the day when a white butterfly stopped at the sunny window of the kitchen, I don't know where it came from. I hope this hurried butterfly has a good fate and that its wings don't freeze somewhere, it inspired me to choose the decoration of the cake we were working on:

You will laugh or not, the countertop is a & # 8222supercalifragilistic & # 8221 according to the posted recipe of the cake with the same name (of course, you can use any counter you like, one of your favorite cake recipe or from a simple pandispan or with cocoa, etc.). Here: I mixed:

  • 8 tablespoons grated flour
  • 8 tablespoons grated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa

I put everything in a round, microwave-resistant bowl:I put it in the microwave for 5 minutes, at a power of 850 watts:Of course, you can use any favorite countertop.

For starters, break the white chocolate into small pieces in the cream placed in a pan.Put on low heat and stir continuously until the chocolate dissolves and immediately take the pan aside, leaving it to cool:When it has cooled, put the pan with sour cream in the fridge.

Raspberries and 200 grams of sugar are put in a pan:Put the pan on the fire and cook for a few minutes. The contents of the pan are poured into a sieve placed above a bowl:It is passed insistently, so as not to lose the pulp of the fruit, and this raspberry puree is obtained:Gelatin is hydrated with 2 tablespoons of water:Whisk the egg whites, add the rest of the sugar and continue beating until a firm meringue is obtained:Transfer the meringue bowl to another bowl of boiling water and continue beating:When the meringue has warmed up well and is very firm, take the bowl out of the bain marie:The gelatin is dissolved in the microwave or in a bowl of hot water (without heating it more than 60 degrees Celsius, if the gelatin is scalded it will lose its properties) and mix with a few tablespoons of raspberry puree:Mix the cream until it starts to form beaks on top, mix with the yogurt:Yogurt cream and sour cream are mixed with raspberry puree, keeping a cup (about 150 ml) of puree for garnish, add gelatin, then pour everything over the meringue, mixing for a few seconds, only until smooth:In the shape of a cake with a detachable ring, place the top, cut strips of baking paper that are placed on the edges and pour the cream (which is quite fluid, but will harden in the refrigerator):Refrigerate the cake for at least 3 hours.

After this time, boil the remaining raspberry puree with a tablespoon of homogenized starch with a little water, then pour over the cake: Put back in the fridge.

On baking paper I drew templates for the wings and body of butterflies, for popcorn and curls, then with melted white chocolate, put in a pos, I drew the outline drawn on the back of the paper:I assembled the butterflies by sticking them with melted chocolate:I took the cake out of the mold and removed the surrounding paper:I started setting the decorations starting with the flowers and curls on the edges:And here's the cake ready:Super fragrant section:Good appetite!

MARBLED CHECK

I mixed whole eggs with the robot, the sugar and the butter for a few minutes until they became like a cream. I then put the flour + the baking powder and finally the milk.

2/3 of the dough is poured in the shape of a cake or in the round one, prepared with baking paper.

the rest of the dough is mixed with cocoa.

I put the dough in the kitchen syringe and made a few circles through the white dough.

you can use another method if you don't have a syringe (put the cocoa part on top and mix the 2 doughs with a spoon)

It looks very nice, I will do it too.

Which helps me to give Pupacel's email (on PM) to send him the books?
I still have to send other girls not to do the job a thousand times.
