I took the recipe from Silvia Jurcovan's cookbook. Very good.
- 2 egg whites
- 80g butter
- 80g flour
- 80g old powder
- 0 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 sachets of vanilla sugar
- a few raisins
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Egg white cookies:
Whisk the egg whites.
Add powdered sugar and lemon juice and beat well until the sugar melts.
Add the melted and cooled butter and mix well.
Add flour and vanilla sugar and stir by stirring until incorporated.
Line a tray with solid margarine and flour. (They stuck to me with baking paper).
Take a teaspoon of the composition (only from the edge without stirring) and put it in the tray at a distance of 3 cm because they grow when baked.
Put a raisin on each cookie and put it in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes on medium heat until lightly browned. (edges first)
As soon as you remove the tray from the oven, pass a knife under the cookies and remove them from the tray. If they cool a little, they will stick to the tray.
Instead of raisins you can put what you like best.
