Grape cake

Quick and wonderful, I got the recipe from my sister (Daniela), she doesn't know where she got it from.
I just changed it a little.

  • 4 eggs
  • 300 gr.zahar
  • 200 gr. Sour cream (food) +2 ling. Greek yogurt (yogurt without water)
  • 3 ling.ulei
  • 1- baking powder
  • 1-vanilla sugar
  • vanilla essence
  • Grated lemon peel
  • 300 -340 flour
  • 500-600 gr. Black grapes

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


Beat eggs with sugar (until sugar melts), add yogurt and sour cream (3-5 min.mixer), then add oil (slowly as mayonnaise), baking powder, vanilla sugar (in the rain) and peel of lemon.

At the end, add the sifted flour (in the rain) little by little.

Put the composition in a tray greased with oil and lined with paper, level and arrange the grapes.

Place in the preheated oven (180 degrees) for 35-40 minutes (until the toothpick test passes)
