Summer soup

Lots of vegetables, lots of vitamins ... This soup is good served cold.

  • 1 large onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 parsnip
  • 1 celery
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 potatoes
  • 3 well-ripened tomatoes
  • 500 ml bag
  • 250 g fat yogurt
  • salt
  • fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • oil

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Summer soup:

All vegetables are cleaned, washed and diced. Heat in a little oil, less tomatoes, then cover with water and bring to a boil. When they are almost ready, add the boiled borscht, tomatoes, tomato paste, yogurt and salt. Let it simmer for another 15 minutes, then set aside and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top.

Serve cold.
