Mmmm a simple cake and good bad

For dough:

  • 2 eggs2 tablespoons sugar

  • 9 lg old
  • raisins
  • lemon peel
  • 3 eggs

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cheesecake:

Filling:
-cow cheese is crushed with a fork
-mix raisins and lemon peel and eggs with sugar

Ingredient: 3 eggs 12 tablespoons oil 12 tablespoons sugar 12 tablespoons milk 14 tablespoons flour ½ tablespoon baking powder a little salt vanilla sugar
Filling: 750 gr sweet cow cheese 4 eggs 7-8 tablespoons sugar (I put to taste) a little salt vanilla or rum essence (according to preference) - a teaspoon 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice vanilla sugar a little semolina salt - 4-5 tablespoons raisins- optional

Preparation Molded cake with cheese
Prepare the cheese filling.

Mix all ingredients well except semolina.

Add the semolina at the end and mix well.

Set aside for 20 minutes.

Mix the egg foam together with the sugar, the vanilla sugar, until the composition is creamy, without sugar crystals.

Thinly add the oil, mixing at low speed, then the milk.

Sift the flour together with the salt and baking powder, then add over the egg mixture and mix.

Wallpaper a cake tray with baking paper - 20cm / 30cm tray

Divide the countertop composition into two equal parts.

Pour the first part into the tray, tilting the tray in all directions so that the dough spreads evenly. The dough has a slightly thicker consistency than the pancakes.

Put the tray in the oven, on step 2 and bake for 10-12 minutes at 170 degrees.

Remove from the oven, put the cheese filling spoon by spoon, level lightly, then spoon by spoon and as evenly as possible put the remaining dough composition.

Put the tray back in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cake is nicely browned on the surface. You only cut it when it has cooled.

Optionally powder over the cake with powdered sugar.

Pear cake and cottage cheese - everything you need to know about the recipe:

  • A 20x30cm tray comes out of the given quantities, but you can also bake it in the form of a cake, using a larger cake tray.

Cow's Cheesecake

Sift the flour together with the baking powder and cocoa. Leave it waiting.
Separately, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they harden, then add the sugar one by one and continue to mix until the consistency of hard and shiny foam.

Add, first the yolks, then the oil in a thin thread, mixing continuously.
Alternately put 2-3 tablespoons of the flour mixture, then some of the milk and continue beating until the whole amount of flour and milk is incorporated.
Pour into a tray lined with baking paper (25x35cm).

Filling
Mix the cottage cheese with the sugar, eggs and flavors by mixing.
Incorporate raisins and grated lemon peel.
Put in the tray, from place to place, 1 tablespoon of the filling.

Put in the preheated oven, for about 35-45 minutes, at 180 degrees or until the cake is baked (pass the toothpick test).

Add in a bowl: milk, eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder in a tablespoon of lemon juice.

Mix until the sugar dissolves and the composition has a homogeneous appearance. Add flour and mix gently until incorporated.

The formed composition is poured into a tray lined with baking paper.

Place in the preheated oven at 180C and bake for about 8-10 minutes.

We are preparing the filling & # 8211 cheese is mixed with sugar, eggs, semolina, vanilla sugar and grated lemon peel.

After the baking time, remove the top from the oven, place the sweet cheese filling on top and put it back in the oven.

Meanwhile, beat the egg whites with salt, then gradually add a tablespoon of sugar.

Beat the egg whites until the sugar is completely dissolved and a dense foam is formed.

When the cheese composite has set, remove the cake from the oven and add the meringue obtained above.

Put the tray back in the oven

160 C until the meringue turns slightly golden and hardens.

Allow to cool completely then portion with a sharp knife (passed through cold water).

Sweet Cheesecake






DOUGH INGREDIENT:
150 g butter or margarine (I used 100 g lard),
150 g sugar,
1 sachet of vanilla sugar,
1 knife tip with salt,
400 g flour,
2 egg yolks,
sour cream as far as the dough is concerned,
1/2 sachet baking powder,

FILLING INGREDIENT:
4 eggs,
125 g sugar,
2 sachets of vanilla sugar,
1 sachet Dr.Oetker vanilla flavored pudding,
750 g sweet cheese,
200 g sour cream,

PREPARATION:
For the dough, mix the butter or margarine (lard) with the flour. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and baking powder. Add the egg yolks and mix. Add sour cream to obtain a homogeneous, elastic dough. Divide the dough into two halves. One side we spread it in the tray taking care to leave the dough a little higher on the edges, the other side we put it aside.


Fanta cake ingredients with cream cheese and orange juice
