- domestic chicken if we want a tasty ciulama (I put the thighs and wings of a chicken),
- 2 matching onions,
- a carrot,
- half a pepper,
- we can also put a tablespoon of vegetables for the winter (I have rooted carrots, parsley, parsnips grated), if we do not put a delicate teaspoon of vegetables,
- 2 tablespoons corn or sunflower oil,
- a teaspoon of paprika,
- 100 ml milk,
- a tablespoon of flour,
- a tablespoon of sour cream,
- greens depending on preference (parsley or green celery).
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken / paprika:
In a bowl, heat the oil and add the diced vegetables with a little salt and let it cook for a few minutes on a very low heat.
Then add the chicken pieces and simmer with salt and pepper for a few minutes. Then add the paprika and hot water to pass over the chicken and leave with the lid on low heat. As it boils, add hot water, if the water decreases, and let it boil slowly until the chicken is ready, season if necessary. In a bowl, mix the cold milk with a tablespoon of flour and pour the sauce over the meat and let it boil a little. Add a tablespoon of sour cream and season with spices if necessary, turn off the heat and add finely chopped herbs. Serve hot best with fresh polenta and pickles, I wish you good appetite!
Ciulama with poultry
It is very difficult for me to describe in a few words how much I love the recipe ciulama with poultry and how many beautiful memories bind me to her. Among the first recipes learned from mommy was ciulamaua.
Although a very simple recipe, it didn't work out for me at first. I did not weigh the ingredients, although my mother told me that it is very important to have exact quantities, and I poured the soup all at once. It came out full of lumps and looked more like cream soup than a ciulama. Now I do it with my eyes closed, whenever I make bird soup, of course I leave it with a ciulama.
My mother's ciulama recipe is very simple and quick. She never used anything other than chicken soup or chicken soup, flour and oil. I do the same, I like it much more than the ciulamaua with sour cream, it feels better the delicious taste of the homemade soup that is the basis of this wonderful dish. Of course, the pepper is not missing, and the freshly chopped parsley gives the ciulamala a perfect taste.

I've never heard of corn in my life! I also make ciulama, but without corn, it's much finer that way. You can also put mushrooms in it. And yes, it has its specific taste but it is much tastier if you add 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream, no more as some "housewives" do who put 2-300 grams of semen if you don't know what to eat.
