I washed, decapitated :)) and cleaned the fish.
I cut two pieces along the spinal cord, and I cut two into smaller pieces.
I mixed the lemon juice with the soy sauce and greased the fish well. I let it cool for an hour.
In the meantime, I peeled the potatoes and cut them into larger pieces (do not cut straws).
At the same time I prepared two pans with oil (one for potatoes, another for fish) and a saucepan for the vegetable mix - it must be ready all at once. ps. plus the polenta pot: P
I gave the smaller pieces of fish through a mixture of wheat flour with corn flour. I fried them on both sides over medium heat.
I put more oil in the pan for the potatoes and let it heat up well, after which I dipped the drained potatoes well. When they were slightly browned, I added the garlic powder, paprika and rosemary. I left them until they became golden and well penetrated.
I melted the margarine in the pan and hardened the vegetable mixture for 7-8 minutes. I seasoned with salt and pepper.
When the frying time of the fish and potatoes was half over, I heated the grill and put the other pieces of mackerel.
I left them on each side for 7-8 minutes.
I served the fish with potatoes, vegetable mix, polenta and garlic sauce.
