Sausages in cheese and potato dressing

Put the washed potatoes in the shell, in a liter of cold water, 20-25 minutes. After they have boiled, let them cool a bit, peel them and put them in a bowl and crush them with a fork. Add the cheese, raw egg, baking powder with vinegar and a tablespoon of oil. Mix well, add 4-5 tablespoons of flour and start mixing the dough by hand. Put the flour on the work table, turn it over and start kneading the dough. Knead until the dough binds well, becomes elastic and swollen and no longer sticks to hands and table.

Sprinkle a little flour on the work table and spread a sheet not too thin (4-5 mm thick) and cut strips 1.5-2 cm wide.

Wrap the sausages (you can also use sausages) in these strips, spending them a little on top of each other at each turn and put them in a pan greased with oil.

Put the tray in the preheated oven, on low heat for about 15 minutes, until they rise, then grease them with beaten egg in which you put the paprika and a tablespoon of oil, with a pastry brush.

Leave the tray in the oven for another 25-30 minutes, over medium heat (~ 180 degrees).

Take them out on a plate and decorate them with donut strips in vinegar, cucumber, ketchup, etc.
