Wash the pumpkin well and wipe.
Cut the lid and clean the seeds.
Grind the walnuts and almonds and mix with brown sugar, raisins and cranberries.
Put the pumpkin in the Crock-Pot slow cooker bowl.
On the bottom of the pumpkin we put a few pieces of butter, half of the mix, a piece of butter and the rest of the mix.
Pour water into the bowl and put the lid on.
It is set to High mode for 3 hours.
After three hours I cut it in four and divided the mix into each piece.
I put the pumpkin pieces in a tray and put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
I let them cool a bit, I put the blueberry jam and it was very good.
