Chocolate cake

TABLE:

In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar until it becomes foamy. Add eggs, mixing well after each one. Add the flour, stirring constantly, and finally the milk. Pour the composition obtained in a cake pan lined with baking paper and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, about 25 minutes, until it passes the toothpick test.

CHOCOLATE CREAM 1:

Beat the butter with the powdered sugar until it becomes a foam. Add the chocolate and whipped cream and beat well. Refrigerate.

CHOCOLATE CREAM 2:

Melt the chocolate together with the butter on the steam bath. Let cool. Separately beat the egg foam together with the sugar. Add melted and cooled chocolate, whipped cream, cocoa and gelatin and continue beating until it becomes a thick foam.

GLAZE:

Melt the white chocolate together with the butter on the steam bath.

ASSEMBLY:

We cover the tray in which we baked the top with plastic wrap.

Cut the worktop horizontally in three. Grease the worktop with cream 1, place it on the tray and add half of the cream 2. Grease the second worktop with cream 1, place it in the tray and then add the rest of the cream. let it cool for a few hours.

Grease a cake pan with a little oil (or use baking paper) and add the cake batter to the mold. On top, add the cocoa dough. Bake for at least 30 minutes (180 degrees) and test it with a toothpick until ready: the toothpick should come out of the cake clean.

Mix in a bowl the butter, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, honey, 2 ml of vanilla essence and powdered sugar. Gradually add the milk, one tablespoon at a time, to obtain the desired consistency. Sometimes you can put more or less tablespoons of milk, depending on the desired consistency. Pour the icing over the cake that has cooled down a bit and enjoy it with your loved ones!
