Prepare the chicken slices, season on both sides, cover with foil and leave to cool for 2 hours. Prepare an egg and flour paste. Put baking paper in a tray and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put each piece of chicken through the formed paste and put them in the tray, sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Put the tray in the hot oven, let it brown on one side and on the other for about 20-30 minutes.
Serve with a garnish of golden potatoes
