Wash the chicken breast and cut it into suitable cubes, slice the bacon into strips. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Saute onion in oil with bacon. Leave to harden for a long time, until the bacon starts to melt. Add the chicken breast cubes and sliced garlic. Heat everything until the meat begins to lighten in color. Salt, pepper to taste. Add the mushrooms (washed, drained), if they are fresh mushrooms, slice them. Add 100 ml of semi-dry white wine, marjoram, thyme and let everything boil (without lid) for 15 minutes.
We can serve a garnish of potatoes, rice or grilled vegetables next to this tasty dish.
