Eggs stuffed with tuna are easy to prepare and, depending on your preferences, we can make them with a wide variety of ingredients. In addition, stuffed egg recipes are also ideal when we have more leftovers in the fridge that we can combine in a tasty appetizer.

Eggs stuffed with tuna and mayonnaise

Ingredient:

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • a can of tuna in oil
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • a classic mustard teaspoon
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Method of preparation:

Boil the eggs in salted water for at least 10 minutes to make sure the egg whites and yolks are hard. Then cut the egg in half, put the egg whites on one side and the yolks in another bowl. Crush the yolks with a fork, add the drained oil and the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything very well. If you fill the eggs with the teaspoon, the filling does not have to be very fine, but if you fill the eggs with the spray, it is good to put it through a blender, in order to be as fine as possible. Fill the eggs and place them on the plate, over the sauce. For the sauce, I mixed ½ cup of mayonnaise with half a cup of yogurt.

Eggs stuffed with tuna and capers

ingredients

  • a can of tuna in sunflower oil (80 g)
  • 5 large eggs
  • a small pickled cucumber
  • 10 capers preserved in salt
  • 100-125 g of mayonnaise
  • a teaspoon full of chopped parsley
  • salt pepper.

Method of preparation

Boil hard-boiled eggs. After they cool, clean them, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the yolks and put them in a separate bowl. Drain the canned tuna very well and then mix all the yolks, fish, diced pickles, capers, parsley, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. If you want the paste to be very fine, you can mix all the ingredients in a food processor. Then fill the egg halves with this tuna paste. You can decorate the eggs stuffed with olive slices.


  • 1 avocado copt
  • 170 g Greek yogurt (or fatter natural yogurt, drained for a few hours)
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt
  • ground coriander (or if you don't like it, pepper)

Remove the avocado pulp with a teaspoon and put it in a blender, add the sliced ​​garlic and lemon juice. Mix well until you get a fine puree, add the Greek yogurt and finally season with salt and ground coriander.

Pasta with tuna and parmesan

Ingredients Pasta with tuna and parmesan & # 8211 For 4 servings

360 g pasta Tagliatelle Barilla

tuna in oil or in its own juice & # 8211 I put a big can and a small one

4 good tablespoons of sour cream with 30% fat

Preparation Pasta with tuna and parmesan

Add a good teaspoon of salt.

When it boils, put the pasta.

Turn the heat to low and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box. We don't like pasta & # 8220al dente & # 8221, I always leave them a few minutes longer. If it says 6 minutes on the box, I leave 10.

Put the olive oil and chopped garlic in large pieces in a wok or deep frying pan.

Let it heat to draw the garlic flavor oil. After it browns slightly, remove the garlic and discard.

Add to the oil the juice of half a lemon, 100 ml of the juice in which the pasta is boiling, the tuna pieces and the chopped parsley.

Bring to a boil, adjust the taste of salt. Drain the pasta and add them to the bowl, add the sour cream and Parmesan cheese and mix well, stirring gently. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes, absorb the pasta sauce, then turn off the heat and serve hot.

I tried your recipe last night, of course, with the inevitable changes: instead of tagliatelle I used spaghetti No.5 from Barilla, tuna- I had a box of 650g net mass, from Lidl, garlic became a master (chopped small slices) and I did not withdraw it, the juice from a whole lemon, a bunch of parsley and a box of 200ml of cooking cream of 30% fat, parmesan & # 8211 I put & # 8220 out of my eyes & # 8221, but to proved to be & # 8220perfect enough & # 8221. The outcome? TOTAL SUCCESS !! And because there was enough food, the evidence remained. What do you think happened on the second day? Both my children (15 and 9) asked how they woke up, tuna pasta. :)))))) I just convinced them to leave the pasta for lunch, and my son (9 years old) informed me that it has been scientifically proven that mothers make the best pasta with tuna !! :))))

Tuna paste with butter

A can of tuna can save us in the event of a time crisis. Whether you opt for a salad (option 1 or option 2) or some meatballs, it is a quick and easy meal. A pate can be made just as quickly, to spread on slices of low-carb bread or raw vegetables. It is full and delicious. It can be prepared similarly from other types of canned fish (mackerel, sardines, herring).

The tuna drains well from the liquid and mixes with the butter. Season with salt and lemon juice to taste.

It can be served immediately with low-carb bread or raw vegetables. I sprayed it with a posh on salted shells made from the walnut cookie machine.

How to prepare cake with yogurt and fruit

First prepare the cream. Put the gelatin to hydrate in cold water and take the yogurt out of the fridge so that it can reach room temperature.

If you use frozen fruit, let it thaw in a sieve, so all the liquid will drain.

Meanwhile, mix the whipped cream in a bowl.

Visually divide the cream into three parts and place a first layer of cream. Sprinkle 100 g of fruit, cover them with another layer of cream, the rest of the fruit and the last part of the cream.

Decorate with remaining whipped cream and fruit.

Put the cake in the cold for 3-4 hours or better overnight, then you can cut it and eat it with your loved ones. Enjoy!
