I prepared all the ingredients in advance so that everything would go very fast, I also heated the oven, then I took a bigger bowl (in which all the ingredients could fit), I cut the chocolate into small pieces with a knife.
I put the butter in the bowl at room temperature and the sugar and I mixed well until the sugar melted, then I added the egg and I continued to mix, the essences, the chocolate flakes, the coconut, the hibiscus powder, the anise, the cinnamon, the flour, baking powder oatmeal, I mixed well (I did this by hand but maybe with a spoon). After all the ingredients were added and incorporated on a tray lined with baking paper, I took with a spoon of ice cream from the dough and I put lumps, at a fairly large distance because when baking the cookies are left and stretched.
I put them in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the edges are golden and the middle is still soft and fluffy.
After removing from the oven, leave the cookies in the tray to cool completely because otherwise there is a risk of them breaking.
