- 200 g fresh caviar
- lemon juice
- a large onion
- 150 g gray
- 200 ml oil
- 2 tablespoons mineral water

RECIPE PREPARATION Caviar salad:
Boil the semolina and let it cool. Finely chop the onion and rub it with salt to make it tastier.
