Tiramisu recipe with whipped cream
First prepare the coffee, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and then put it to cool.
In a bowl, mix the yolks with the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar until completely melted, then add the cheese and mix. If the cream is too thick, add milk (depending on how we want the cream). After we have the cream ready, the whipped cream and the cooled coffee we start to assemble the cake.
We take each biscuit and pass it through the coffee (which was mixed with the rum essence) and then we put it in the tray. After we have covered the whole tray with biscuits, we put half of the cream, another row of biscuits (second) and the rest of the cream and the last row of biscuits (third). Put whipped cream on top and powder with cocoa. Put it in the cold and eat it the next day. DELICIOUS.
