Leopard Cake Desert

Beat the egg whites then add the sugar,

the water and the yolks that we rub with oil.

Mix the beaten egg whites with the sugar and the yolks rubbed with oil.

We mix the flour with cocoa and put it in this composition.

Prepare a tray in the middle of the oven that we line with baking paper.

Put it in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Then let it cool well.

We cut it into 4 pieces. We take the first part and we syrup it with the syrup that

below you can find how it is prepared, we put the cream

(which we divide into 3 because we have 4 countertops). We put the first part over the counter.

We alternate countertop / cream countertop / cream until it is finished, the last part being the countertop which

let's not forget to syrup it too. Then we portion it into squares, and on top

we put the Dr. Oetker caramel icing and with a teaspoon we take it from the chocolate syrup

(which you can find below how to prepare it) and sprinkle chocolate drops (chocolate sauce).

The syrup with which we syrup the top of the cake:

300 ml water

100 gr sugar

3 Milka cappuccino sachets with pieces of chocolate

Bring to the boil to dissolve the sugar and mix well with the cappuccino.

Melt the margarine in the microwave at temp. of 800w about 40 seconds.

Put it in a bowl, put the powdered sugar on it and rub well with the mixer.

About 25 pretty big cakes come out, it depends on how you cut them.

In the photos I put the steps exactly in the order in which I prepared them.

While the countertop was baking, I was making cream, and the 2 chocolate and cappuccino syrups.

That's why you can see in the photos that when the countertop was baking I made the restulca to be ready when I take the countertop out of the oven and the cream hardens,

and let the syrup cool.

Tiramisu with chocolate

Ingredient:

  • 250 grams of mascarpone

  • ½ pack of champagne biscuits
  • a cup of coffee
  • 2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate

Method of preparation:

Put the cheese in whipped cream and mix with light movements. Grate the chocolate or cut it finely, according to your preferences. Add the chocolate to this mixture, which is then left to cool for at least half an hour.

Take the biscuits, pass them quickly through the coffee, then place them in the tray. This completes the first, basic line. Add half of the cream over this row, then put the second row of biscuits passed through the coffee. Put the rest of the cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate and let it cool until the next day.

Apple and biscuit cake

Ingredient:

  • 1 kg of peeled apples and spine
  • half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sugar to taste
  • 200 grams of Petit Beurre biscuits
  • 150 grams of ground walnuts
  • 75 grams of POST dark chocolate
  • a tablespoon of water

Method of preparation:

Ingredient:

  • 400 grams of sweet cream
  • 200 ml of sweet milk
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 10 grams of gelatin granules
  • two tablespoons of water
  • a vanilla pod

Method of preparation:

3 dessert recipes without baking. Put the gelatin soaked in a little cold water, then melt it on a steam bath. In a saucepan mix the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla bean seeds. Stir over low heat until near boiling point. It is very important that it does NOT even boil. Stir continuously until thickened, then turn off the heat.

Take a tablespoon of the cream composition, add it to the gelatin, mix well and then put everything in the cream and milk composition. Pour the mixture obtained into the desired shapes. Dissolve the sugar in the milk, then add the eggs, salt, oil, ammonia and mix. Put flour and knead a suitable dough hard enough to spread 3-4 sheets (depending on the size of the large tray). Bake the sheets on the back of the tray, sprinkled with flour.

Mix flour with 10 tablespoons of cold milk and add sugar. The rest of the milk is boiled together with the lemon peel. When the milk boils, add the whole composition of cold milk with flour, stirring constantly until it starts to boil again. Bring to the boil until the composition comes off the pan slightly, then leave to cool, stirring occasionally.

When it cools, put the butter (at room temperature) little by little, stirring vigorously. Finally, add lemon juice, vanilla or rum essence, as desired.

The cake is assembled as follows: put a sheet in the tray and distribute the cream evenly, until all the sheets and cream are finished. It is then left to cool in the refrigerator until the next day when we can cut it into diamonds and powder with powdered sugar.
