Ingredientele din gama Shan’shi sunt potrivite pentru cei care vor sa creeze rețete deosebite, pentru cei care doresc să aducă un element de noutate unei rețete clasice, dar și pentru cei care vor pur și simplu vrei să gătească ceva rapid și gustos, pentru orice ocazie. Produsele se găsesc într-o gamă diversificată, precum: sosuri/paste picante și condimentate, mirodenii exotice, muguri de bambus, lapte de cocos, mango chutney, paste wok pre-fierte, paste din orez, orez, amestec de legume asiatice, sosuri aromatice semi-preparate etc.


Ingredients Taitei cu legume in stil chinezesc

250 gr taitei din faina sau din orez
2 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
200 gr mushrooms
1 morcov mare
350 gr varza
1/2 lingurita ghimbir praf
1/4 lingurita fulgi de chili
8 linguri sos soia
2 lingurite ulei susan
3 linguri ulei masline
salt

Preparation Taitei cu legume in stil chinezesc

  1. Fierbeti taiteii dupa instructiunile de pe pachet, ii scurgeti si ii lasati deoparte.
  2. Varza se taie fideluta de mana. Ceapa si usturoiul se taie felii subtirele. Morcovul se taie fasii lungi folosind curatatorul de legume. Ciupercile se taie felii mari, fiindca scad mult la gatit.
  3. Intr-un wok sau tigaie adanca incingem 2 tablespoons oil si adaugam usturoiul ci chiliul si calim 1 minut.
    * daca alegeti sa faceti varianta cu pui, adaugati acum 200 gr piept de pui taiat cubulete si prajiti pana se rumenesc.
  4. Adaugati apoi onion si mai lasati 1 minut la calit.
  5. Adaugati restul legumelor, condimentati cu sare si ghimbir si caliti 6 minute la foc mare amestecand continuu. Nu lasati mai mult legumele chiar daca vi se pare timpul prea scurt, ele trebuie sa ramana crocante. Mai ales varza daca o lasati mult se va inmuia prea tare, ea trebuie sa ramana verde, sa nu-si piarda culoarea. Cand sunt gata scoateti-le din wok.
  6. Adaugati in tigaie restul de 1 lingura ulei masline si adugati taiteii si 4 linguri sos de soia. Prajiti 2 minute. Puneti legumele inapoi in wok peste taitei, adaugati inca 4 linguri sos de soia si mai lasati 1 minut la foc mare, amestecand continuu. Potriviti de sare si chili. Turnati uleiul de susan, amestecati bine, luati de pe foc si serviti.
