Pasta with chicken and crispy bacon

Start with the preparation baby:

In a bowl, mix all the spices with the soybean oil and sauce. Wash the chicken breast and wipe it with some napkins. Put it in the spice mixture, mix well on all sides, cover it and put it in the fridge for half an hour.


In a saucepan put water with a little salt, transfer it to the fire. When it starts to boil, release the pasta, stir, let it boil as much as it says on the package. After they have boiled, put them in a sieve to drain. While the pasta is boiling, prepare the sauce. Peel an onion and finely chop it. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it in half. In a hot pan, place the bacon strips and brown them on both sides. When they are ready, take them out on a plate, without placing them on top of each other. Also in this pan, put the onion, garlic, mix well, pour a little water. Let the onion penetrate well. Remove the garlic, add the sour cream, two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and mix well. Bring to a boil, then add the drained pasta.

Season with salt and pepper. Mix well, remove the pan from the heat. Heat a grill pan, put the chicken breast and brown it on the right heat on both sides. When it is ready, take it out on a shredder. Let it cool for 2 minutes, then slice it. Put the hot pasta on plates, chicken slices and crush the crispy bacon over it. At the end, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
