An easy, cheap and super good recipe. It looks like Raffaelo, but has fewer ingredients.

  • 200 g simple biscuits
  • 150 g flavored condensed milk (caramel)
  • 30 g coconut
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional!)

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Sweet balls:

Crush the biscuits on the food processor until they become powder. In a bowl, mix the biscuits with the flavored condensed milk until well blended. I used caramel flavored milk. With the help of a spoon, take the composition and make balls of any size you want. They are rolled in coconut and placed on a plate.

Ingredient:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut

Method of preparation:

Mix the sugar with the milk, butter and cocoa on a steam bath until it boils, then the pot on the fire and add the vanilla essence. Put oatmeal, peanut butter and coconut flakes in a bowl.

Pour the hot syrup over them and mix with a spoon, lion a teaspoon of the composition and form balls, with greased hands. Place them on baking paper.
