Krem a la Krem cake

A delicious cake, easy to make and good for the whole family!

  • Wheat:
  • 1 sachet of cocoa cream,
  • 6 eggs,
  • 6 tablespoons sugar.
  • Cream:
  • 220 ml milk,
  • a small liquid cream for whipped cream,
  • a vanilla envelope Creme Ole.
  • Glaze:
  • 100 g chocolate,
  • 120 ml sweet cream,
  • 35 g butter.

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Krem a la Krem Cake:

Wheat: Beat the egg whites, add the 6 tablespoons of sugar, then the yolks one by one. At the end, add the envelope of Creme Ole little by little. Bake for about 15 minutes in a tray lined with baking paper.

Cream: Put them all in a bowl and beat with the mixer for about 3-4 minutes.

Glaze: Bring the cream to the boil (when it starts to boil, stop) and pour over the butter and chocolate cut into small pieces, then mix with a fork and leave for 5-7 minutes.
