If we take it from the beginning, we put the seeds in the ground to make a seedling. Seedling that we move in the garden and we make sure it is dug, watered, tied and raised in time.
Then let's wait patiently for them to ripen, so we can pick and preserve them.
After picking them, we choose the healthy ones, wash them and place them in 800 g jars, then add a teaspoon of salt, cover with water, put the lid on and place the jars in the pan with water to steam them. Boil for about 1 hour, then place the jars under a blanket and let them cool.
After they have cooled, we store them in the pantry, and in winter, when we want to trade a steak sauce or put tomatoes in a soup, we open the jar, peel the tomatoes and then use them for what we need.
